Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC)
The JFSC is a financial industry regulator of global significance. Until this project, the commission had been relying on a digital platform that was out of date and no longer fit for purpose in serving the commission's diverse audience and promoting the important work of the organisation.
The brief was to produce a digital presence that brings together a world-class user experience and prioritises accessibility to WCAG AA standards.
We worked on-site with the JFSC to hold a series of audience discovery days which included focus groups with representatives of each of the commission's key audience groups.
We tested user interface prototypes prior to producing full working website prototypes.
