There comes a time in a successful company when the need to expand the work force is apparent. In the case of Indulge Media, taking on new team members can be an exciting and enriching process for all involved, but this also means that the use of office space needs to be revised. The humble quarters of Media House have been suited to the size of the team over the years so far, but has, with the addition of new members, begun starting to show the limits of its compounds.
In an effort to give the team their working space and, in turn, not stifle their oh so valuable creativity, some members have been moved to work in the meeting room. As a new member myself, I have experienced at first hand what it is like to work in a company meeting room and as it's not so much the room which makes working difficult, but rather the uprooting and relocating of oneself when matters of a meeting room nature need to take place.
The directors have seen and sympathized with this inefficiency and thus the decision was made to install a brand new glass partition, rendering the room essentially into two. This new partition means that employees now have more space to work in whilst being uninterrupted by the digressive discourse that would concurrently take place.
Although the partition fares well for this situation, it will not be a permanent solution if the company wishes to employ others and expand further. There may be a time when Media House will cease to be the haven for Indulge Media and new more vast offices would need to be sought after for the bright future of the company. When such a time comes, we will be ready.
