We're into our first week at the new Indulge Media studio, right in the heart of town!
After a record-breaking office move* completed by our burly team of developers/desk-lifters in a few short hours, we managed to get straight back to work on the Friday afternoon!
Since our launch in 2009, Indulge Media has experienced rapid growth and it was inevitable that we would need a larger studio soon, plus there's been a lot of pressure on getting a table tennis table in the office.
We hired a van for the day from VMW and loaded everything we could (including Ollie) and began the short trip down to our new offices... trying to get a 2.2m wide van through a 2.4m gap proved to be quite a mission, especially when we had to go back & forth three times! Russell, did a fantastic job of squeezing the van through and is hotly-tipped to be on the next series of Ice Road Truckers!
Our new offices are located directly above Casa Lola, conveniently located next door to the Red Onion and features a whopping 2,000 sq. ft of space arranged over two floors.
We've got a great open-plan office space downstairs and two airy meeting rooms upstairs with full-height windows to the front of the building.
We'll be hosting a little soirée in June to welcome everyone to our new offices and to make an exciting announcement, so keep an eye on our blog and your inboxes... more details to come soon!
