Over the last few years we have grown significantly and at a pretty constant rate. As such it was inevitable that, at some point in time, we would outgrow Media House.
We managed to put off this looming challenge by building a posh glass partition, however that only lasted 6 months and so the time has finally come. We have become tired of climbing over each other's desk to reach the kitchen or tripping over another person's shoelaces whilst making our way to a client meeting.
The lease has been signed on a heeeooougge new studio bang in the middle of town. The address is 2 Lefebvre Square and boasts more than 2000 sq ft of usable office space over two floors. It is in the near vicinity of the St Peter Port constables, a handful of banks, a great tapas restaurant - Casa Lola - and a long established bar - The Red Onion.
Next Friday is the big day, and so we will be offline for a few hours. Do not worry though, we'll have a couple of developers working from home for support, and we'll be forwarding all office calls to one of their mobiles.
We have been in Media House since our launch in May 2009. During this time our business has grown far beyond our wildest expectations and it has served us well. It is going to be sad to leave, however as the saying goes, onwards and upwards!
