Once a year we have our business checked through by The British Standards Institution to ensure that we're meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. I'm pleased to announce that the objectives of this year's assessment were achieved!
The requirements of ISO 9001 allow us to measure our processes effectively and quickly identify specific areas that require improvement. Being re-certified is an achievement we're proud of here at Indulge and is testament to the hard work we've put into managing the business and keeping track of our results during the past 12 months.
Over the next 12 months we'll continue to make efficiencies in-line with the ISO 9001 standard, including more streamlined post project review audits and enhancing our staff development process.
