Responsibilities and Duties
Your role will be varied and span the entire delivery process at Indulge. This is a junior level role and we will provide you with support and training to help you to progress at Indulge. You’ll work directly alongside the Director who is responsible for Digital Marketing and will have contact with all of Indulge’s Digital Marketing clients.
The role will be based in Indulge's Oxfordshire studio, in Woodstock.
Indulge’s clients are predominantly financial services organisations, however we also work with clients in other sectors. We provide ongoing digital strategy and production support which can include SEO, PPC and user-experience optimisation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Working alongside Director responsible for Digital Marketing
- Running monthly and quarterly client reports
- Managing client roadmaps
- Analysing report data to draw conclusions
- Making strategic recommendations to clients
- Applying SEO tactics
- Overseeing content production projects
- Management of client PPC accounts
- Attending client review meetings
- Handling incoming client requests
- Assisting in client ‘discovery’ process
- Carrying out research for client strategies
- Occasional involvement in e-newsletters, social media, video and similar projects
- Assisting in company quality assurance (QA) process
- Assisting in client user-experience (UX) reviews
Indulge is a small team and you’ll communicate closely with all other members of the team, many of whom work from our studio in Guernsey or remotely. As a small team, the responsibilities of your role will not be limited to the above and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow into new areas.
Qualifications and Skills
- Some experience of working in a digital marketing role is preferred but not required
- The discipline to follow process and learn new skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing skills preferred (SEO and PPC in particular)
- Experience with HTML and CSS preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant topic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised
- Willingness to take the initiative
- Ability to prioritise and focus on delivering work to a very high standard
- Ability to work autonomously, manage your own workload and deal with clients

- You will be expected to work both from our studio in Woodstock and also from home
