Indulge has been selected as a finalist in the Innovation in Technology category at this year's Véyaon Awards.
Hosted in Indulge's birthplace of Guernsey, the Véyaon (pronounced vay-on) Awards celebrate the success of Guernsey-based businesses.
For those who are wondering, Véyaon means 'go for it' in Guernésiais, the language of Guernsey.
Innovation in Technology
Sponsored by PwC, the Innovation in Technology category sets out to celebrate technical innovation that has delivered real business results.
Indulge has been nominated following the successful launch of Baxter, our AI-orchestration platform.
Baxter has been created to automate processes that use unstructured data, such as text from emails or support tickets.
Utilising AI and LLM technology, Baxter is the brainchild of Indulge co-founder Patrick Cunningham. Throughout 2024, it has evolved to become a fundamental part of our internal processes and tool for client organisations.
Speaking on our latest award nomination, Patrick said, "It's another fantastic opportunity to speak about the incredible work the agency is doing.
"This year, we have been selected as finalists at the European Search Awards, Financial Promoter Awards, and now the Véyaon Awards. Baxter has been both a labour of love and a genuinely transformative piece of technology.
"We use Baxter every week at Indulge and we're helping to implement it for our clients as well. It properly saves time for people and can make teams of people far more effective in their roles."
The award ceremony takes place on 21st November in Guernsey and we look forward to seeing some of you there!
