It’s been over 12 months since Indulge achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation from the British Standard Institution (BSI). It seems like longer than that to me, probably because of the significant changes we made before we became certified.
Steven Moore from BSI arrived at our studio last Thursday, July 19th for our first reassessment and we were all very pleased to find out today that the objectives of the visit 1 assessment have been achieved.
The 9001:2008 management principles set by the International Standards Organisation create a culture of continual improvement at Indulge and have allowed us to grow in a controlled way within a robust management system.
