With news of the ongoing situation surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to provide this page as an update to our clients.

Continued service
The Indulge team is fully setup to work remotely, with all team members able to continue their normal work regardless of location. As such, we can reassure our clients that there will not be any drop in service should part of, or all of the Indulge team need to self-isolate.
Website and application support
All of our hosted websites and applications remain accessible only via a secure login, accessed on the Indulge network, in order to maintain the highest levels of security. In situations where our team works off-site, the team continues to be able to access the Indulge network via a secure VPN connection. As such, there will be no break in access and support for our hosted websites and applications.
Meetings
At present, Indulge is following the official advice issued by the UK and Guernsey governments. Should advice stipulate that self-isolation is required and in-person meetings are no longer possible, we are able to facilitate remote meetings with all clients, using any of the following solutions:
- Google Meet - for video and phone conferencing, with screen share capabilities (no account required for client access)
- GoToMeeting - as above, but suitable in organisations where Google Meet access is blocked by the company firewall
- Skype - an alternative that can be used in place of Google Meet or GoToMeeting
