Indulge has been crowned the Innovation in Technology category winner at this year's Véyaon Awards in Guernsey.
Sponsored by PwC, the Innovation in Technology award recognises technology-driven innovation within a business. Judges looked for evidence of the innovative application of new technology and its benefits to the organisation.
Indulge was selected as the winner in the category thanks to our work on our AI orchestration platform, Baxter.
Developed in-house at Indulge, Baxter has been conceived to enable organisations to implement AI-driven solutions without the need to shift the underlying business systems and data sources already in place.
Judges commented that they were “impressed by the sophisticated orchestration of AI in [our] product, Baxter.”
As part of the awards evening, the following video was shown to showcase Baxter and the benefits it can deliver:
Speaking on the win, Indulge co-founder, Patrick Cunningham said, “I’m honestly blown away. To win against such stiff competition is an honour.
“Baxter really has been a labour of love, and in a short space of time has demonstrated both internally and externally what AI can be used to achieve.”
Meet Baxter
The subject of our award win is Baxter; an AI orchestration solution that is already in use.
Baxter is a human-like piece of software. It allows you to streamline admin-heavy processes that traditionally have needed human input.
It has been built to answer the question, ‘How can I use AI in my business?’
Using Baxter, organisations can automate processes across existing business applications and data sources, without the need to swap out technology providers already in place.
Take for example how Baxter is being used to superpower our own technical support process at Indulge. Every week, Baxter will automatically review all of our open support tickets, organise them by severity and close completed tasks.
It’s like having personal admin support for every member of the team.
