Tonicha Ward

Tonicha brings nearly a decade of experience in running international multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic and out-of-home channels. Previously, Tonicha was the Head of Marketing at Guernsey Finance, the promotional body for Guernsey as an international finance centre. Whilst there, Tonicha delivered a full rebrand and drove AI adoption across the organisation.

She's a CIM Level 6 qualified Chartered Marketer, having most recently achieved a Distinction in the CIM Specialist Award in AI Marketing, alongside a Level 4 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Outside Indulge, she sits on the IoD Emerging Leaders Committee, helping organise events and initiatives that support Guernsey's next generation of business leaders.
