Indulge Wins Two National Awards
Indulge has been crowned Digital Agency of the Year and awarded the Most Effective Consumer Insight honour at two national award ceremonies.
In the process, we went head-to-head with an agency boasting 132 offices across 83 countries and a finance firm with assets under management of $13.46 trillion.
It’s not a bad result for an agency with a humble footprint in Guernsey and Oxford. Here’s the story of how we won big this year.
Digital Agency of the Year at the Financial Promoter Awards

Shortlisted alongside global heavyweights Ogilvy, Adam&EveDDB, Accenture, and fellow specialist Balance, we were crowned 2025 Digital Agency of the Year.
After receiving a highly commended last year, we went one better this time.
Our winning entry showcased exceptional results for three clients: Swiss tax specialists Taxolution Advisory, Skipton International, and Nest Pensions, the UK’s government-backed workplace pension provider.
For Taxolution Advisory alone, we helped drive a 55% increase in revenue from digital leads while reducing cost per acquisition by 34%.
The judges summed it up perfectly: Indulge “proved that digital can be both bold and brilliantly effective.”
Most Effective Consumer Insight at the Financial Services Forum Awards

At the Financial Services Forum Awards for Marketing Effectiveness, we were shortlisted for Most Effective Content Marketing Strategy, but ultimately walked away with the Judges’ Special Award: Most Effective Consumer Insight.
And it was the final award of the night.
This honour was judged across every entry submitted, competing with major financial powerhouses including Schroders, Nationwide, BlackRock, LV=, BNP Paribas, and even The Wall Street Journal.
Once again, our standout results with Taxolution Advisory formed the backbone of our win.
Award Season 2025
